Job Summary

Lead cyberbehavior and change-management initiatives to build a cybersecurity-aware culture across Smithfield Foods. Partner with the CISO, cybersecurity leadership, and the PMO to develop, communicate, and execute awareness programs aligned to the cybersecurity strategic plan. Create targeted cybersecurity communications and learning assets, maintain internal documentation for audit/compliance, and define KPIs to measure behavior-change impact and program effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and support implementation of a company-wide cyberbehavior program using change management and adult learning to build a security-first mindset.
•Create and distribute targeted cybersecurity communications and content to drive awareness, engagement, and behavior change across employee groups.
•Partner with cybersecurity, IT, and business leaders to align human-focused security initiatives with enterprise objectives and risk priorities.
•Define and track KPIs to measure program success, awareness growth, and effectiveness of behavior change efforts.
•Maintain internal cybersecurity resources (e.g., intranet sites and learning assets) and keep documentation organized for audit and compliance.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 105,000 - 140,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, business, information security, or related field, plus 5+ years of relevant experience in IT, cyberbehavior, behavior management, and/or technical and creative writing, human change management (or equivalent combination).
•2+ years of demonstrated experience in team management/development or project leadership.
•Desired certifications: CISSP, CISM, or CSAP.
•Working knowledge of Social Cognitive Theory (SCT) and its application to modern business and technology.
•Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, presentation, and written communication skills, including explaining complex security concepts in layman’s terms.
