Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop schematic and detailed level BIM models and identify conflicts, incomplete, or ambiguous design information.
  • •Coordinate with BIM service providers, subcontractors, and project teams to support construction coordination and scheduling.
  • •Create library components, keep a BIM revision log, and derive material quantities.
  • •Assist in preparing BIM guidelines, training project personnel to use BIM tools, and printing drawing sets for team review.
  • •Support planning and scheduling and contribute to cost reporting activities including issue/revise change orders, notices, and forecasting.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8 years of working experience, including 5 years relevant experience; 2 years GCC experience is a plus.
  • •Proven ability to develop timely, accurate BIM models and shop drawings with strong understanding of drawings/specifications.
  • •ERP knowledge with SAP functional skills required to succeed in the role.
  • •Understanding of contractual and legal guidelines related to BIM deliverables.
  • •Demonstrated soft skills: effective communication, positive collaboration, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
