Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate live haul trucks safely and efficiently, transporting live birds according to schedules.
  • •Conduct equipment inspections per company guidelines and report issues to the Supervisor.
  • •Maintain product quality and integrity by operating trucks appropriately and following procedures.
  • •Communicate with live haul personnel, maintenance staff, growers, and supervisors regarding farm conditions and relevant updates.
  • •Follow housekeeping schedules using proper PPE, keep work areas clean, and pick up each flock as directed.

Key Requirements

  • •12 months of verifiable tractor/trailer experience within the previous 36 months.
  • •Must have the ability to operate a manual CMV.

  • •Ability to follow written and verbal directions and drive safely while using good hand-eye coordination.
