Key Responsibilities

•Lead Complex AI engagements: Own the end-to-end delivery lifecycle for high-stakes professional services engagements, including GenAI agents and predictive solutions.
•Bridge business & technology: Translate client business goals into technical requirements with DataRobot’s delivery team (AI Engineers and Data Scientists).
•Technical risk management: Identify implementation risks related to data infrastructure, API integrations, or agent logic and mitigate with the engineering team.
•Stakeholder management: Build trusted relationships with client sponsors, manage expectations, escalations, and organizational dynamics.
•Agile delivery: Run sprints, stand-ups, and reviews to maintain velocity and direction.
