Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the end-to-end implementation project from kick-off through go-live and successful handover.
  • •Build and maintain the implementation project plan with milestones, dependencies, and deadlines.
  • •Establish project governance (RACI, meeting cadence, communication channels, escalation paths).
  • •Lead client kick-off meetings and act as the primary project management contact throughout implementation.
  • •Coordinate internal stakeholders and manage risks, blockers, action trackers, decision logs, and documentation to drive readiness for go-live and handover to Customer Success and BAU.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong project management experience, ideally in payroll, HR technology, SaaS, implementation, or another complex client-facing environment.
  • •Proven experience managing end-to-end customer implementations or transformation projects.
  • •Strong understanding of project governance, including project planning, RAID management, RACI frameworks, dependencies, milestones, and escalation.
  • •Experience managing multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously, often across countries and time zones.
  • •Comfort using project management and CRM tools such as ClickUp, Salesforce, or equivalent platforms.
