Own FuseAI’s inbound growth engine end to end, building and scaling the channels that turn awareness into qualified pipeline and revenue. Drive partnerships, thought leadership, paid acquisition, SEO/programmatic content, events and community, product-led growth, and lifecycle marketing. Lead hands-on strategy, execution, measurement, and iteration to improve acquisition economics, conversion, and engagement across the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute a comprehensive inbound growth strategy across content, partnerships, SEO, paid media, events, community, and emerging channels.
•Identify distribution opportunities, launch experiments quickly, and scale successful acquisition channels from initial tests.
•Create and lead content and category-creation efforts with differentiated messaging in AI-native sales and GTM automation.
•Develop strategic partnerships with technology companies, agencies, communities, creators, investors, and ecosystem partners to expand reach and pipeline.
•Lead paid acquisition and optimize campaigns while measuring awareness, acquisition, pipeline, conversion, and revenue; improve the customer journey through lifecycle experiments.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 80,000 - 200,000

•Analytical, customer-obsessed, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving startup with a strong bias toward action.
