Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and present the branch AOP and execution plan, meeting targets for revenue and EBDITA through controlled operations and cost.
  • •Plan and run annual, quarterly, and monthly branch operations across service lines; ensure seamless daily end-to-end operations, compliance, and customer experience.
  • •Create peak-season operations plans (capacity building in infrastructure and manpower), track competitive activities, and propose strategies to counter them.
  • •Track and share MIS through branch reviews, manage vendor relationships, and handle shipper and account escalations using the escalation matrix.
  • •Manage branch administration, geographic expansion within the region, maintain key account relationships, and recruit/develop/retain branch teams while driving quality and audit compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Any Graduate / Post-Graduate.
  • •2-3 years’ experience managing a branch.
  • •Experience with supervision, budgeting, safety management, standards development, and process management.
  • •Strong skills in surveillance, inventory control, reporting, and information analysis.
  • •Experience with equipment maintenance and judgment.
