•Identify opportunity areas for growth using syndicated research, trend data, primary market research, and competitive intelligence.
•Partner with Insights, R&D, Channel Marketing, and the business unit to develop ideas, build R&D plans, and screen/optimize innovation offerings for consumer/operator needs.
•Develop and implement the innovation pipeline and strategies feeding long-range and annual plans for assigned categories.
•Lead development and execution of product and packaging innovation projects from concept development through feasibility, R&D, approvals, execution, sell-in, and in-market performance tracking.
•Manage project plans, budgets, resources, vendor deliverables, risk management, and regular status reporting to stakeholders and PMO.
