Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory engagements, including carve-outs and related services for clients, private equity investors, and asset-based lenders.
  • •Conduct financial due diligence on key Income Statement and Balance Sheet areas and propose basic adjustments based on identified risks and business drivers.
  • •Lead analysis on operational data, net working capital, debt, and debt-like items, and lead initial drafts of reports such as Quality of Earnings.
  • •Create tailored transaction advisory reports covering normalized earnings, valuation model inputs, budget achievability, indebtedness, borrowing base calculations, and carve-out business combinations.
  • •Supervise, train, mentor, and assess associates; collaborate with partners and senior managers and meet or exceed targeted billing/utilization goals.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required; advanced degree preferred.
  • •2 to 6 years of related experience in a similar consulting practice or transaction advisory function serving cross-industry clients.
  • •Solid experience in accounting, audit, or transaction advisory services.
  • •Strong working knowledge of US GAAP, GAAS, SEC reporting, and/or transaction advisory services and M&A.
  • •Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead analyses and report drafting for engagements.
