Machine Learning Scientist 5 - Ad Ranking

Design and implement machine learning and optimization algorithms for ad personalization, improving ad quality and performance across Netflix’s ad-supported tier. Build, train, and evaluate models on large-scale production data and develop online/offline evaluation frameworks to measure impact. Partner with product teams on optimization objectives and trade-offs, and communicate experiment results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
