Job Summary

Deliver exceptional customer service as a liaison between customers and retail technicians/mechanical associates before, during, and after vehicle service and repairs. Greet customers, handle inbound service calls, interview and document concerns, schedule follow-up call times, create and route repair orders, and obtain approvals for Extended Service Policy claims. Review repair orders for billing accuracy, close and invoice work, explain recommendations clearly, and manage service payments and cash.

Key Responsibilities

•Meet and greet service customers, assist with inbound service calls, and establish/maintain scheduled call times to update customers on vehicle status.
•Interview and document customer concerns, create repair orders, and route work to appropriate technicians or mechanical associates.
•Obtain accurate estimates and customer approvals for Extended Service Policy (ESP) claims, and consult customers regarding needed repairs.
•Review repair orders for work performed and billing accuracy (labor, parts, and sublet documentation), then close and invoice repair orders.
•Collect service payments, manage cash by receiving and counting money, and ensure customer concerns are addressed and resolved in a timely manner.

Salary: USD 23.6 hourly

•Exhibit excellent telephone etiquette and active listening skills for customer calls before, during, and after service.
•Create accurate records by reading, interpreting, and transcribing data, with intermediate computer skills and spreadsheet knowledge.
•Provide customer service by consistently following Retail Service Standardized Work and Voice of Customer (VoC) processes to meet customer satisfaction guidelines.
•Successfully manage multiple duties in a fast-paced environment and work with associates across other departments.
