Job Summary

Procurement Buyer II at Honeywell will manage sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing of goods and services at the Tianjin site, ensuring supplier compliance, on-site execution, and cost control. You’ll generate POs, monitor production schedules, track shipments, coordinate receiving and quality checks, and drive supplier performance to support supply chain reliability and Honeywell’s operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

•Purchasing order & delivery management: Generate formal POs based on MRP, production plan & material requisitions; confirm specs, quantity, lead time & delivery window with suppliers.
•Supplier performance management: Conduct regular supplier KPI assessment covering on-time delivery rate; manage supplier to maintain PO acknowledge date; manage VMI inventory health.
•Quality dispute & financial administration: Cooperate with SDE/SQE to resolve incoming non-conformity, rework and customer complaint issues; complete three-way matching and coordinate monthly reconciliation and payment with finance.
•Inventory & cross-functional coordination: Monitor material inventory turnover, slow-moving & excess stock; maintain procurement data in SAP and submit regular procurement reports.
•Overall procurement execution: Track production schedule, shipment and inbound goods daily; identify delivery delay risks and arrange rush orders; coordinate receiving, IQC inspection and warehousing.

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 3+ years of experience in procurement or purchasing roles.
•Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, and cost control.
•Proficiency in procurement software and tools relevant to the role.
•Experience working with suppliers in a manufacturing or building automation environment is preferred.
•Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
