Key Responsibilities

  • •Own weekly master scheduling development and production release.
  • •Develop, maintain, and publish master production schedules and translate orders/forecasts/inventory targets into feasible plans.
  • •Release schedules to manufacturing on time and adjust schedules as demand, capacity, or material constraints change while monitoring adherence.
  • •Perform capacity, inventory, and supply scenario analysis and recommend planning parameter changes (e.g., safety stock, lot size).
  • •Collaborate with Sales, Production Engineering, Purchasing, and S&OP/IBP to align forecasts with supply capabilities and manage constraints impacting execution.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • •5+ years of experience in master scheduling, production planning, or supply planning.
  • •Experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • •Strong working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems.
  • •Advanced Excel and analytical problem-solving skills with strong cross-functional communication.
