Job Summary

Develop and execute an integrated production plan that balances forecasting, customer demand, manufacturing capacity, material availability, and inventory objectives. Lead weekly master scheduling and production release for all coaches, translating orders and forecasts into feasible schedules while driving adherence. Perform scenario analysis, support S&OP/IBP, align demand and supply with Sales and Purchasing, manage constraints, and optimize inventory using ERP/MRP master data and analytical tools.

Key Responsibilities

•Own weekly schedule development and production release, including developing, maintaining, and publishing the master production schedule.
•Translate customer orders, forecasts, and inventory targets into feasible production schedules and release them on time.
•Perform capacity, inventory, and supply scenario analysis, evaluating trade-offs across service levels, inventory, overtime, lead time, and cost.
•Collaborate with Sales, Production Engineering, and Purchasing to align forecasts with supply capabilities and support S&OP/IBP with supply plans, constraints, and risks.
•Maintain planning master data accuracy in ERP/MRP systems and support improvements to scheduling processes, planning logic, and reporting tools.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field.
•5+ years of experience in master scheduling, production planning, or supply planning.
•Experience in a manufacturing environment.
•Strong working knowledge of ERP / MRP systems.
•Advanced Excel and analytical problem-solving skills.
