  • •Provide engineering support and redesign for existing market products so R&D can focus on new product development

  • •Participate in and help identify projects related to cost reduction, efficiency and reliability improvement, technology transitions, manufacturability, and testability
  • •Facilitate communication between manufacturing and R&D groups
  • •Maintain close contact with the parent company’s R&D organization and relevant engineering and production teams
