Key Responsibilities

  • •Articulate and drive a vision for outstanding KG2 student learning, securing team commitment to deliver continuous improvement and high-quality outcomes.
  • •Support development of policies and practices that lead to high-quality outcomes for all students; anticipate and solve problems and identify opportunities.
  • •Provide operational leadership by setting clear expectations, building constructive working relationships, and facilitating collaborative work that supports the school vision.
  • •Lead curriculum development, classroom instruction, and teacher development to deliver consistently high standards of education.
  • •Support induction of new teachers, foster recognition and praise, and communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues; chair meetings when required.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 2 years of KG2 lead and teaching experience.
  • •Recent outstanding performance and teaching experience.
  • •Relevant university degree(s) and a teaching qualification.
  • •Strong curriculum knowledge, including experience aligned to UAE National Agenda priorities and culture.
  • •Experience providing pastoral care to students.
