Key Responsibilities

  • •Work in joint leadership capacity within an MEP discipline team to provide design and technical advice in a project manager capacity.
  • •Supervise completion of detailed designs and supervise the work of others.
  • •Lead feasibility studies and take responsibility for producing detailed/performance specifications.
  • •Act as key client point of contact, ensuring overall project delivery for client deliverables and internal KPI’s.
  • •Provide line management and develop junior staff; manage project overview, resourcing and team meetings covering H&S, quality, training and development.

  • •Ability to lead and manage engineers toward delivery of key projects.
  • •Working knowledge of UK electrical building services design, including relevant standards, codes and regulations.

  • •Manage technical, cost and programme elements of project delivery.
  • •BPSS security clearance is a minimum requirement.
