Job Summary

Provide Scrum Master duties and Agile coaching for the Track Services (TS) team on Command and Control for Ballistic Missile Defense. Lead and mentor teams on Agile process and practices, coordinating with the Product Owner while delivering in short sprints. Support the transformation to Agile by creating processes, templates, artifacts, and training materials, and write/edit technical documentation using tools such as Atlassian Confluence. Work independently or with a small group in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform Scrum Master duties and Agile coaching for the Track Services (TS) team.
•Lead and mentor teams on Agile process and practices and coordinate with the Product Owner.
•Assist/back up other Scrum Masters and the Product Owner.
•Support development and execution of the Agile transformation plan, including processes, templates, artifacts, training materials, and lessons learned.
•Write and edit technical documentation of processes/procedures using tools such as Atlassian Confluence.

Key Requirements

•Knowledge of Agile methodologies, including a strong understanding of The Scrum Guide.
•Experience delivering products in short sprints and ability to triage scrum team issues by priority, impact, risk, and release timing.
•Active and transferable Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.
•Typically requires a STEM degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an advanced degree in a related field.
•Strong Agile tooling and methods experience, including Jira or other Agile management tools and decomposing features into user stories with acceptance criteria.
