Civil Manager

Lead civil design teams for water resources projects, including flood control, storm drains, pump stations, and green stormwater initiatives. Own construction package deliverables, guide hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, and support permit applications and technical studies. Serve as lead engineer on mid- to large-scale efforts, mentor junior staff, conduct independent technical reviews, and collaborate with clients to develop long-term stormwater management solutions across the Los Angeles region.
