Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform conceptual, FEED, studies, and detailed analyses to design electrical systems per design basis, project specs, codes, and standards.
  • •Prepare and review detailed design calculations and analyses, including design reports and procedures, such as load lists, one-line diagrams, motor control schematics, and cable sizing calculations.
  • •Lead project development and coordination as electrical engineering/project task lead, supervising and coordinating with electrical engineers and designers and other disciplines.
  • •Develop and support vendor packages, including issuing requisition and subcontract packages and coordinating supplier document reviews plus electrical equipment FAT.
  • •Provide site support including off-site/on-site technical support, SAT supervision for electrical equipment, and technical assistance for pre-commissioning, energization, commissioning, and start-up.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or another technical degree.
  • •8-15 years of detailed electrical engineering experience.
  • •Strong working knowledge of design techniques, analysis methods, and applicable standards, codes, and guidelines (NEC, NFPA, IEEE, ANSI).
  • •Project coordination and execution skills.
  • •Intermediate experience with Smart Plant Electrical (SPEL), ETAP, and MS Office Suite (Excel and Word).
