Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute purchase orders for direct and indirect materials according to MRP requirements or internal requests.
  • •Ensure timely supply to avoid production downtime or material shortages by validating requisitions and monitoring delivery performance.
  • •Source, evaluate, and select new suppliers that meet quality, service, and cost standards.
  • •Conduct cost analysis to secure savings, and analyze consumption, inventory levels, and forecasts to anticipate purchasing needs.
  • •Maintain master data (lead time, MOQ, pricing) and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve material issues and handle urgent order expedites.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
  • •Strong knowledge in Power BI.
  • •Technical knowledge of ERP/MRP systems, preferably SAP.
  • •Problem-solving using tools such as A3, PDCA, and 5 Whys.
  • •Fully bilingual (English/Spanish).
