•Uphold inventory accuracy and controls; lead loss prevention training and expectations for the store team.
•Manage day-to-day retail team performance, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance feedback/development plans.
•Ensure facility maintenance and merchandising presentation meet brand and concept standards; provide product and sales feedback to corporate partners.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 70,000 - 125,000 annually
