Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead Definition, Physical Synthesis, Place & Route, and Timing Closure for silicon designs.
  • •Oversee Design Floor Planning and optimization to meet performance and area targets.
  • •Collaborate with ASIC/softIP teams to ensure backend methodologies align with RTL-to-GDS flows.
  • •Analyze and optimize backend design processes using industry-standard EDA tools.
  • •Mentor junior engineers and contribute to building scalable backend design practices.

Key Requirements

  • •A VLSI design background with extensive experience in backend design.
  • •B.Sc./M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering.
  • •Strong understanding of Place & Route flow.
  • •7+ years of hands-on experience in a relevant domain
  • •Experience with design floor planning and RTL-to-GDS workflows
