Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the Senior Engineering Manager with assigning, supporting, training, mentoring, and reviewing engineers’ activities.
  • •Use extensive practical expertise to resolve highly complex technical concerns.
  • •Develop customized procedures and special criteria for repairs, modifications, inspections, servicing, and other maintenance actions not covered by existing manuals.
  • •Investigate aircraft/component problems that may cause delays, cancellations, significant manpower/material expenditures, or maintenance interruptions, and determine corrective actions.
  • •Develop action plans for fleet/multi-fleet and/or component engineering projects and maintain compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
