Job Summary

Support Oracle EBS R12 in a day-to-day environment for Finance and other business teams, resolving issues and driving incremental improvements to Oracle EBS and its integrations. Own solution design for key finance workflows including Project Billing/Costing, Project Contracts, Accounts Receivable, and Cash Management. Lead deployments through ServiceNow, escalate and close Oracle Service Requests, perform root-cause troubleshooting, and assist with data conversions and migrations as needed.

•Elicit and document requirements with financial services and business groups, proposing solutions to streamline and re-engineer processes.
•Design, implement, and optimize Oracle Financials environment capabilities for project billing/costing, project contracts, accounts receivable, and cash management.
•Initiate and complete deployments through the ServiceNow platform while following change management documentation standards.
•Escalate and drive Oracle Service Requests to resolution, documenting bugs and obtaining fixes/patches to address production issues.
•Perform root-cause analysis and troubleshooting for performance and other issues; recommend workarounds and long-term enhancements, including support for data conversion/migration projects.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, finance, or related field, plus 10+ years of related experience (or 14+ years in lieu of a degree).
•10+ years of experience in Oracle EBS and/or other enterprise systems.
•Comprehensive understanding of EBS R12 data architecture (e.g., PA, AR GL schemas) and subledger accounting, including integrations and APIs/REST services.
•Understanding of Oracle development tools/technologies including SQL, PL/SQL, XML, Oracle Analytics, BI Publisher, SOA, and web services.
•Strong data governance and compliance practices to maintain data integrity and proper handling of CUI/PII.
