Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and apply snack (cheese/savory) system solutions for the Philippines and possibly other SEA markets.
  • •Support growth of snacks in the Philippines and across Southeast Asia with key customers.
  • •Apply specialist knowledge across snack end-user markets (EUMs).
  • •Collaborate with commercial and customers to deliver solutions addressing customer challenges.
  • •Advance snack and savory research, development, and application knowledge by adapting and sharing Kerry’s global technology portfolio.

Key Requirements

  • •Preferably a degree in Food Science/Food Technology or a similar discipline.
  • •Preferably 7-10 years of experience in the snacks sector in a product development role, with flavor/taste experience preferred.
  • •Strong technical competence in snack seasoning systems, development, and application.
  • •Ability to collaborate cross-functionally across SEA region in snack end-user markets.
  • •Strong communication, teamwork, and presentation skills for engaging customers and suppliers.
