Implementation Manager

Own complex enterprise implementations end-to-end, driving account adoption and user activation while delivering early value on time. Serve as a trusted consultant to both customers and internal teams, building relationships with executive and operating stakeholders and keeping milestones on track. Design and run tailored 1:many and train-the-trainer sessions, develop deep product expertise to support clinical workflows, and use activation/usage data and customer feedback to improve onboarding and adoption playbooks.
