Key Responsibilities

  • •Strategically lead the end-to-end S&OP process for Middle Americas and evolve it as a key business decision mechanism.
  • •Integrate commercial, operations, supply chain, and finance perspectives into a single feasible plan.
  • •Run executive S&OP reviews focused on relevant decisions, risks, opportunities, and trade-offs; ensure accountability for agreed commitments.
  • •Lead integrated business planning across demand, supply, capacity, and inventory; challenge assumptions and build alternatives for structural imbalances.
  • •Drive capacity and inventory strategy using RCCP and scenario analysis; ensure robust connection between S&OP decisions and short-term S&OE execution, and deliver performance insights using planning KPIs.

Key Requirements

  • •5-8 years in S&OP, Supply Chain Planning, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, or Integrated Business Planning (IBP), with experience leading planning and business decision-making processes.
  • •Experience in packaging (preferred) or industries with similar dynamics (plastics, mass consumption, chemicals, manufacturing).
  • •Experience in complex operational environments integrating demand, capacity, supply, and inventory, ideally across multiple plants, markets, and broad SKU portfolios.
  • •Proven experience leading RCCP and cross-functional processes, influencing senior stakeholders and translating complex analysis into executive recommendations.
  • •Knowledge of S&OP/IBP, demand/supply/capacity planning, inventory strategy & optimization, and performance management/analytics; SAP or other ERP/planning tools.
