Key Responsibilities

  • •Review contractor submittals for completeness and compliance with specifications; monitor the submittal and RFI review process.
  • •Coordinate communications between Contractor, Owner, Project Design Engineer, and Program Manager; facilitate issue resolution on site.
  • •Respond to contractor correspondence to interpret drawings and specifications; help resolve conflicts and claims.
  • •Evaluate contractor claims and change order proposals; participate in change management.
  • •Track progress, schedule, quality, and environmental compliance; oversee inspections and final punch list.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 190,000 - 260,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS degree and 10 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency
  • •Valid driver’s license
  • •Proven ability to manage electrical/I&C construction projects and lead project teams
  • •Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills
  • •Municipal Water / Wastewater construction project experience (preferred)
