Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Computer and Information Science, Business Studies, or Management.
  • •Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in a technology company.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with backlog management and prioritization in Agile environments.
  • •Excellent stakeholder communication, including writing user stories and defining acceptance criteria in written and verbal English.
  • •Practical proficiency with AI productivity tools (Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or equivalent) for BA workflows; familiarity with GenAI is a plus.
