Administer and support Enterprise Workplace and Collaboration solutions across Microsoft 365, with specialization in Microsoft Purview and Data Loss Prevention. Key Responsibilities

•Contribute to Microsoft 365 service strategy to align platform capabilities, security controls, and compliance requirements with business needs.
•Administer core Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Entra ID) and support collaboration and productivity capabilities.
•Configure, implement, and maintain Microsoft Purview DLP policies across Microsoft 365 services and endpoint scenarios to reduce risk of sensitive data exposure.
•Monitor policy matches, alerts, incidents, dashboards, and reporting within Microsoft Purview and admin tools; investigate trends and suggest improvements.
•Troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Purview, and DLP issues (policy behavior, classification outcomes, mail flow impacts, sharing restrictions, endpoint enforcement) and escalate complex issues as needed.

Key Requirements

•2–4 years in a Microsoft 365 engineering or administration role, including hands-on support for Microsoft 365 security, compliance, and/or collaboration services.
•Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 architecture and administration, including exposure to Microsoft Purview and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and information protection/compliance disciplines.
•Experience diagnosing and resolving policy, configuration, and service issues with clear stakeholder communication.
•Hands-on experience creating, tuning, testing, or supporting DLP policies using sensitive information types, policy tips, alerts, incident management, and reporting.
•Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-500, SC-400, MS-102) preferred or in progress; bachelor’s degree preferred in MIS/CIS/Computer Science or related fields.
