Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute to Microsoft 365 service strategy to align platform capabilities, security controls, and compliance requirements with business needs.
  • •Administer core Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Entra ID) and support collaboration and productivity capabilities.
  • •Configure, implement, and maintain Microsoft Purview DLP policies across Microsoft 365 services and endpoint scenarios to reduce risk of sensitive data exposure.
  • •Monitor policy matches, alerts, incidents, dashboards, and reporting within Microsoft Purview and admin tools; investigate trends and suggest improvements.
  • •Troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Purview, and DLP issues (policy behavior, classification outcomes, mail flow impacts, sharing restrictions, endpoint enforcement) and escalate complex issues as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •2–4 years in a Microsoft 365 engineering or administration role, including hands-on support for Microsoft 365 security, compliance, and/or collaboration services.
  • •Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 architecture and administration, including exposure to Microsoft Purview and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and information protection/compliance disciplines.
  • •Experience diagnosing and resolving policy, configuration, and service issues with clear stakeholder communication.
  • •Hands-on experience creating, tuning, testing, or supporting DLP policies using sensitive information types, policy tips, alerts, incident management, and reporting.
  • •Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-500, SC-400, MS-102) preferred or in progress; bachelor’s degree preferred in MIS/CIS/Computer Science or related fields.
