Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and deliver a live business project as part of the IT internship program.
  • •Develop and improve software features/applications, or build data pipelines/workflows, depending on the chosen track.
  • •Support AI engineering work such as developing and deploying AI/ML solutions and evaluating model performance.
  • •Help improve digital product reliability through system monitoring, automation, and issue management (SRE track).
  • •Gather/analyze user and business needs and support product roadmap and feature prioritization (digital product management track).

Key Requirements

  • •Available for an internship starting Jan 15, 2027 (start dates cannot be deferred).
  • •Must be a current university student with preferably less than one-two years to graduate.
  • •Legally eligible to work in the Philippines.
  • •Able to commit full-time: 3x a week onsite and 2x a week work-from-home, 8 hours per day.
  • •Demonstrates analytical skills, a solutions-oriented mindset, and strong collaboration (including experience leading groups).
