Job Summary

Lead the technical delivery of complex structural engineering projects for high-profile clients across residential, healthcare, education, infrastructure, and more. You’ll coordinate designs across multidisciplinary teams, ensure compliance with health and safety and quality assurance processes, and oversee engineers and technicians. Partner with senior stakeholders and mentor junior engineers, contributing to the strategic growth of the structural engineering practice in Ireland.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and deliver the technical aspects of projects or work packages to ensure high-quality outcomes.
•Manage end-to-end technical delivery, from interpreting client briefs to coordinating designs across multidisciplinary teams.
•Oversee and support engineers and technicians, ensuring deliverables meet schedules and performance expectations.
•Ensure designs and outputs comply with health and safety standards and company quality assurance processes.
•Mentor and develop junior team members while engaging with senior stakeholders to support client relationships and practice growth.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Civil or Structural Engineering.
•Chartered Engineer status (or working towards chartership) with ICE or IStructE.
•Proven experience delivering structural engineering projects, including technical design coordination across multidisciplinary teams.
•Strong leadership experience overseeing engineers and technicians to meet deadlines and quality standards.
•In-depth knowledge of design standards, health and safety regulations, and quality assurance processes.
