Key Responsibilities

  • •Build, evolve, and operate the Capabilities Engine as a core platform for agentic product behavior.
  • •Design capability abstractions for discovery, invocation, composition, observation, and continuous improvement.
  • •Partner with method owners across contact methods to integrate agents with the Capabilities Engine and handle ambiguity and edge cases safely.
  • •Develop evaluation loops (offline tests, production metrics, traces, regression suites) and improve reliability, latency, cost, observability, and safety.
  • •Debug complex failures across model behavior, tool execution, orchestration, product constraints, and downstream systems; mentor and develop engineers.
