Technician- Coater I (B Crew/PM Shift)

Operate and maintain semiconductor coating equipment to manufacture high-quality photovoltaic solar modules at required rates. Conduct preventative maintenance, respond to intermediate alarms, perform basic quality control, and monitor process data using SPC to keep production on process. Use hand tools, measurement tools, and computer interfaces/controls to manage parameters and equipment performance, while following safety and housekeeping standards. Provide on-the-job training when certified and coordinate with cross-functional teams for testing and problem solving.
