Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct routine safety inspections and audits to identify hazards and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards.
  • •Assist with incident investigations, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective actions.
  • •Support safety training programs, including onboarding, PPE usage, and emergency response, and maintain accurate safety/training/compliance records.
  • •Monitor and report environmental metrics including waste, emissions, and water usage; support hazardous waste management and chemical inventory tracking.
  • •Assist with environmental permitting, reporting, regulatory submissions, and maintain/update EHS documentation, procedures, and management systems.

  • •High school diploma with 8 years of experience or associate’s degree with 3–5 years of experience; four-year college degree in a related safety science field or engineering.
  • •3–5 years of safety or manufacturing experience.
  • •Knowledge of OSHA/company standards, applicable laws and regulations, and instructional methods/agency and industry practices.
  • •Knowledge of production/processing/storage/distribution principles and applicable measurement/sampling methods and technologies.
  • •Ability to plan, prioritize, communicate clearly, and develop/implement policies and lead others through training, monitoring, and delegation.
