Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive strategic execution across AI Neobank priorities.
  • •Build and manage operating cadence, OKRs, leadership updates, decision tracking, and accountability.
  • •Coordinate major workstreams across product, engineering, licensing, market expansion, partnerships, finance, and operations.
  • •Prepare concise decision memos, board/leadership materials, execution plans, and performance reviews.
  • •Identify gaps, risks, and dependencies early and own special projects requiring senior judgment and cross-functional authority.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience driving strategic execution across teams as a strong operator.
  • •Excellent judgement, communication, prioritization, and follow-through.
