Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute daily operational legal support tasks across the team’s portfolio while meeting delivery and quality standards.
  • •Serve as first point of contact for internal stakeholders on existing contracts and escalate to attorneys when legal judgment is required.
  • •Track and manage contract workflows from intake to execution, including locating and troubleshooting contract records in Salesforce CRM.
  • •Assist with review, processing, and drafting of standard commercial agreements (SOWs, sponsorship agreements, NDAs, and order forms) in attorney-led workflows.
  • •Process privacy requests and DSARs end-to-end, and manually file and archive agreements executed outside e-signature to ensure accurate records and SOX compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •2–5 years of experience in a legal, operations, or professional services environment.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • •High attention to detail with a proven track record of accurate, quality output.
  • •Ability to manage a high-volume workload across multiple work types and shifting priorities.
  • •Proficiency in Salesforce (or ability to become proficient quickly) and Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite.
