Job Summary

Execute local sourcing and contracting for Allianz Services across Portugal, Spain, and Malaysia, partnering with stakeholders and driving supplier management. Key Responsibilities

•Lead and manage end-to-end sourcing for local procurement categories, including preparing and running RFQs/RFPs, evaluating proposals, and supporting negotiations to ensure best value and compliance.
•Serve as the primary point of contact for local stakeholders on sourcing and contracting, translating business needs into specifications and sourcing strategies.
•Lead contract negotiations, manage contract documentation, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
•Identify cost-saving opportunities by analyzing spend data and improving procurement efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
•Ensure compliance with the Allianz Global Standard for Procurement, supporting audits, reporting, and documentation control with Global Procurement.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
•1-3 years of procurement experience, preferably in an international or shared services environment.

•Strong understanding of procurement governance, compliance, and process controls.
•Fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish (written and spoken).
