Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee programs and operations for projects, including scheduling and coordination of contractors.
  • •Lead long- and short-term strategic planning and budget development aligned with business goals.
  • •Establish and execute operating policies and ensure compliance with local rules and regulations.
  • •Negotiate and prepare contracts, leases, and other agreements; support cost estimation and reviews.
  • •Lead the Operations Team, manage personnel allocation, and support HSE initiatives and incident reporting/resolution.
