Key Requirements

  • •Prefer 3 months of experience, and advance from ME01 to ME02 within 12 months of hire date (with proficiency sign-off).
  • •Show proficiency with standard preventive maintenance tasks (PM1/PM2 for trucks or trailers per classification).
  • •Obtain/meet required certifications/knowledge areas including Brake Inspector Certification and wheel end class/certification.
  • •Be able to diagnose and repair truck engine and systems, identify fault codes, and perform basic electrical work.
  • •Maintain driving requirements: be 18+ with a valid driver’s license and pass an MVR check (no DUI/DWI convictions within the last 12 months).
