Support Account and Distribution Managers with sales and marketing activities, ensuring accurate documentation and timely responses. Handle sales inquiries, pricing requests, and order book/status updates, while prospecting (including cold calling) to identify opportunities and qualify leads. Maintain Salesforce with up-to-date customer information, manage online chat leads, and coordinate hand-offs for complex quotes. Work with distributors via quarterly newsletters and help translate/approve content as needed.
