Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead operational implementation of regulatory licences across all licensed entities to ensure operational readiness before go-live.
  • •Develop and maintain compliance operational frameworks, including SOPs, governance processes, control frameworks, and monitoring mechanisms.
  • •Standardize compliance documentation, templates, and implementation methodologies across jurisdictions.
  • •Maintain oversight of regulatory obligations using governance, tracking, and escalation mechanisms; drive remediation for operational gaps.
  • •Provide senior management reporting on implementation progress, operational risks, and regulatory commitments; lead and develop the Compliance Operations team.

  • •10+ years’ experience in Compliance Operations, Regulatory Operations, or related roles within financial services, fintech, or digital assets.

  • •Strong experience building or improving operational frameworks in regulated environments.
