Key Responsibilities

  • •Comprehensively manage shop-floor safety production and execute the master production schedule (MPS) to ensure on-time delivery.
  • •Control and continuously improve assembly quality; strengthen the team’s ability to identify, analyze, and solve problems.
  • •Organize production in an orderly way based on the production plan, and promptly coordinate to resolve production process anomalies to keep operations smooth.
  • •Drive a “three-pillar operations” culture and implement continuous improvement activities such as 5S/RIE to improve production efficiency and capacity.
  • •Manage outsourced processes and oversee shop operations cost management and optimization, including overtime, WIP inventory, and energy consumption.
  • •Manage production operations data, conduct monthly operational data analysis to identify improvement opportunities, and drive follow-through.
  • •Develop front-line employees’ skills and improve基层 management capability of班长/线长 to build a high-performance team; run performance reviews, skill competitions, and targeted training for capability development.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above in an engineering/technical major such as electrical, mechanical, or industrial engineering.
  • •8–10+ years of manufacturing production management experience, with preference for candidates familiar with low/high-voltage electrical switchgear assembly processes.
  • •Familiarity with lean production, quality management, EHS management systems, and continuous improvement tools.
  • •Strong production organization, cross-department coordination, team management, and problem-solving abilities.
  • •Good data analysis skills with a result-oriented mindset, plus strong responsibility, execution, and leadership.
