Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end store development projects, including new openings, major renovations, relocations, and strategic retail initiatives.
  • •Manage retail space planning and construction projects for street-level and large-scale retail developments.
  • •Lead and manage the Interior Design Process (IDP), coordinating designers, landlords, and internal stakeholders.
  • •Identify and mitigate construction risks and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure quality, timeline compliance, and delivery.
  • •Own fit-out budget planning and cost control, manage CAPEX/OPEX, tendering/contractor selection, and oversee vendor performance and outsourced partners.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in architecture, interior design, engineering, construction management, or related field.
  • •Minimum 8 years leading retail space planning and project management.
  • •Proven experience managing new store openings, major renovations, and store relocations.
  • •Track record owning retail fit-out budgets, performing forecasting/cost control, and mitigating project risks.
  • •Experience managing vendors/contractors and delivering new concept rollouts, preferably in international retail.
  • •Good written and oral skills in English and Mandarin.
