Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a team of inspectors reviewing contractors’ workmanship, materials, and equipment against contract requirements.
  • •Maintain defect/omission lists and reconcile non-conformance notices and open-issues logs.
  • •Monitor contractor quality programs for conformance throughout construction and notify the client of test failures with corrective actions.
  • •Oversee punchlist and participate in zero-defect walkthroughs; report critical issues to the Construction Management Lead until resolved.
  • •Verify tests are conducted as scheduled (witness, check results, oversee retesting as needed) and retain test records; coordinate outage/shutdown procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS plus 6 years of relevant experience (or demonstrated equivalency through experience and/or education).
  • •Preferred: 15 years of experience with construction and/or quality management.
  • •CQM or other professional certifications.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or architecture.
  • •Relocation is not available; sponsorship for US employment authorization is not available for this position.
