Job Summary

Own the end-to-end customer value journey for Healthcare & Life Sciences accounts by translating strategic priorities into Celonis Process Intelligence use cases. Build demos and business cases, run value assessments/proof-of-value, and facilitate value workshops to drive process improvements. Land, expand, and renew customers while developing expansion roadmaps and feeding insights back to product teams to enhance Celonis and its Apps.

Key Responsibilities

•Discover and translate customers’ strategic priorities into high-impact Celonis use cases, including building demos and business cases and running value assessments/proof-of-value for C-level audiences.
•Facilitate business value workshops to identify and qualify process enhancement opportunities and derive improvement measures for core business functions.
•Manage the end-to-end value journey—landing, expanding, adoption, and renewing—by building strategic expansion roadmaps and driving adoption as a transformation platform.
•Communicate realized value and results to senior management and C-level executives.
•Provide feedback to product development teams to enhance the Celonis platform and Apps based on new use cases.

Key Requirements

•9+ years in analytical roles focused on demonstrating or securing value through business data analysis and business process improvement, preferably in solution consulting, sales engineering, IT/management consulting, or an in-house analytics intelligence CoE.
•Strong knowledge of business software/SaaS applications (e.g., SAP and Oracle), including experience implementing RPA and/or BI tools, and building dashboards, apps, and action flows.
•Hands-on experience with process mining tools and technologies is preferred; hands-on SQL and Python experience is preferred.
•Experience identifying business use cases, deploying improvement measures, and driving change by training users and process owners to realize value.
•Experience planning and managing project scopes, expectations, and timelines while communicating value roadmaps and results to stakeholders in English.
