Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive test solution and coverage development, optimization, and planning to meet NPI business milestones and KPIs.
  • •Develop test patterns and test flows/methods, and execute debug and test characterization activities.
  • •Engage pre-silicon with Design and scoping/planning/validation of test solutions and methodologies.
  • •Lead post-silicon bring-up of test patterns and optimize for mass production enablement.
  • •Conduct characterization execution/analysis to resolve production issues and improve quality, yield, cost, and test time.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: SGD 92,400 - 132,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Proficient understanding of DFT (Design-For-Test) architecture for SOC (System-On-Chip) products.
  • •Experience with test development and silicon characterization/debug using industry-standard ATE test platforms.
  • •Ability to perform data analysis and characterize power/performance on ATE.
  • •Hands-on ATE test handling/execution and development experience (Advantest V93K preferred; SMT8 a plus).
  • •BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or comparable discipline, with 8+ years of industry experience.
