Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience for Coach clients while meeting personal and store sales goals. Build lasting client relationships through styling, product expertise, and fashion advice, driving revenue via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations. Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases. Support daily store operations, including cash wrap, inventory processing, visual merchandising, and transaction handling.
