Job Summary

Lead and support delivery and operations for Rail projects by partnering with the Head of Rails and EC senior management. Build and grow the India team through recruiting, interviewing, selecting, and onboarding, while overseeing the team supporting Rail work. Provide senior technical leadership across rail design, regulations, and standards, drive adoption of new technologies, and report performance and improvements to senior leadership.

•Support the Head of Rails and EC senior management in delivery and operations for Rail projects.
•Build and grow the India team by interviewing, selecting, and onboarding the right candidates.
•Develop technical solutions to difficult problems and provide knowledge of rail design services, regulations, and technical standards.
•Oversee the adoption of new technology solutions across the business and drive efficient processes between business and support functions.
•Report regularly to senior management on performance and issues, suggesting improvements and supporting business continuity strategy.

Key Requirements

•Master of Engineering degree (or equivalent) in an engineering discipline from an accredited university.
•More than 15 years of experience in Civil Engineering and rail-related work; UK/Middle East/US experience is desirable.
•Strong leadership skills with the ability to build consensus and relationships among business leads, management, and employees.
•Excellent communication, influencing, and business negotiation skills; people management experience required.
•Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks, introduce and improve processes, and operate with accountability under pressure.
