Job Summary

Lead the bank’s RegTech strategy and manage regulatory technology solutions that strengthen AML compliance and enterprise fraud prevention. Oversee and improve digital compliance capabilities to increase efficiency and effectiveness, provide AML and compliance digitization subject-matter expertise, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to implement new tools. Keep pace with regulatory change, review initiative performance, and mentor a RegTech team while ensuring data security and integrity.

Key Responsibilities

•Own and lead the bank’s RegTech strategy, ensuring alignment with AML and regulatory requirements.
•Manage and optimize digital solutions for compliance to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
•Provide AML and compliance digitization subject-matter expertise to guide the team.
•Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement digital tools for compliance, staying current with regulatory and industry changes.
•Conduct regular reviews of compliance digitization initiatives and ensure data security and integrity while mentoring and partnering with stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
•Minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role with a strong focus on RegTech and compliance.
•Deep expertise in AML regulations and compliance digitization strategies.
•Proven leadership skills to inspire and guide a team toward successful delivery.
•Experience in change management and project delivery, with a track record of successful implementations.
